David Arehart, MD
Dr. Arehart is board-certified in both anesthesiology and pain management. He is the current President of the Tennessee Pain Society and is on the board of directors for the Tennessee Society for Interventional Pain Practitioners. He also served on the Tennessee Chronic Pain Guidelines Committee.
Jessie Mutz
Mrs. Mutz is the office manager and general glue that holds the operation together. She is quite knowledgeable about insurance issues and enjoys making it possible for the rest of us to help patients.
April Stone, LPN
Mrs. Stone has been with the practice for years and is experienced with helping to evaluate and treat our patients.
Tammy McCoy, MA
Mrs. McCoy is a certified medical assistant. She takes preliminary information from patients and organizes their in-office paperwork.
Autumn Phillips
Mrs. Phillips greets incoming patients at the front desk and handles most of the financial transactions for our patients.
Lezley Turnbull
Mrs. Turnbull handles our checkout procedures and arranges the appointment schedule.
Whitney Adams
Mrs. Adams works for the urology lab that we employ and is responsible for the samples.
Our Facilities
We have 5,000 square feet of office space, including thirteen patient exam rooms, generous lobby space, and our own procedure suite, all on site.
